All of our Experiences have been grouped into 9 color coded levels based on point level. You can view the different Experiences available in each level by visiting our 9 Levels of Cloud 9 page and clicking on the appropriate level. You may also select one of our Experience Categories (Air, Action & Adventure etc.) and filter the results by Region and Point Level using our Experience Browser.

Redeem
Once you have picked your level, click the Redeem Now button found on our 9 Levels of Cloud 9 page or the Home Page. You will be redirected to the Priority Club Rewards website where you can complete the redemption process online. You may also click here.

Once you have redeemed your Priority Club Reward points and received your reward, follow the steps below to book your Experience:

Step 1: Choose Your Experience.

Step 2: Call Cloud 9 Living at 866.525.6839 and provide the Experience # found on the back of your gift card.

Step 3: Select up to 3 preferred Booking dates.

Step 4: Receive a Booking Confirmation email within 72 hours from Cloud 9.

Step 5: Experience life on Cloud 9!
